I heard fantastic things about this plant-based, zero-calorie sweetener and wanted to see if it could be a suitable sugar substitute for my favorite treats.

Tea 5/5

I first tried adding the Costco Whole Earth Erythritol & Monk Fruit Sweetener to my cup of hot green tea.

Cookies 5/5

Next, I whipped up a batch of cookies using the Costco Whole Earth Erythritol & Monk Fruit Sweetener instead of sugar.

I will admit that these aren’t my best-looking batch of cookies. But looks aren’t always everything. The cookies tasted insanely good. They were even kid-approved!

Whether this was from the Costco Whole Earth Erythritol & Monk Fruit Sweetener or not, I’m unsure. It could have been the fact that I was using a new recipe. Regardless, I highly recommend using this sugar substitute in your next batch of cookies. You won’t be able to tell the difference.

Muffins 5/5

Finally, I made a batch of muffins using Costco Whole Earth Erythritol & Monk Fruit Sweetener.
