Essentially, all you need to do is preheat your oven to 425 F. Remove the pizza from the plastic packaging and place it directly onto the middle rack. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. I baked for the full 15 minutes because I like a little more crispiness.
Storing is simple. Leave the pizzas in their packaging, in the freezer, for up to six months.
Taste
For a “frozen pizza,” the Costco Kirkland Signature Pepperoni Pizza is surprisingly very good. I will definitely purchase this pizza again. Not only is it inexpensive, but my whole family and I loved the flavor and texture of the pizza.
I’ll start by talking about the crust texture. Thin crusts tend to be cracker-like and crunchy. This wasn’t the case for the Costco Kirkland Signature Pepperoni Pizza. The texture was impressively soft and somewhat pliable, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Now, let’s talk about the flavor.
I loved the amount of sauce and cheese on this pizza. There was some definite “cheese pull,” and I could taste the flavor of the sauce and cheese easily – and, surprise, surprise, it was delicious!
What I was really impressed with was the amount of pepperonis. Typically, frozen pizzas tend to be stingy with the peps. Not the Costco Kirkland Signature Pepperoni Pizza! There was tons of pepperoni, and they were so good!
Overall, I give this pizza a 4.7/5. I docked this pizza .3 because it’s pretty greasy, especially for a thin-crust pizza. But the greasiness is proof that there’s lots of cheese and pepperoni, right?
Nutrition
The Costco Kirkland Signature Pepperoni Pizza has quite a lot of ingredients, which I don’t love.
It’s also unsuitable for those with milk, soy, or wheat allergies.
Of course, most pizzas aren’t “healthy” – unless you intentionally make your pizza healthier.
But the Costco Kirkland Signature Pepperoni Pizza isn’t that bad. A fourth of the pizza will set you back just 360 calories, including 20 grams of fat and 29 grams of carbohydrates.
It’s not the worst pizza out there!
Final Verdict
Overall, I highly recommend the Costco Kirkland Signature Pepperoni Pizza if you’re looking for a cheap, quick, and surprisingly delicious thin-crust pepperoni pizza. There are lots of toppings, and the crust texture is terrific.
