Do They Sell Oreos Without Cream and Where to Get It

When it comes to a classic cookie everyone loves, Oreo “takes the cake” – or should I say cookie? However, even though most people adore the silky smooth, creamy insides, others aren’t fans. That said, Oreo wafer lovers might wonder – can you buy Oreos without the cream?

If you despise the cream hiding inside of Oreo cookies, the good news is that you can buy the wafers sans creamy inside. The best spot to find Oreo wafers in bulk is on Amazon.

You can also opt to purchase Oreo Sticks ‘N’ Creme and toss the cream pack.

Oreo baking crumbs are an excellent choice for those wanting Oreos without cream to bake something, like cake. These are found in many different areas, including big box stores and online.

Hi! I’m Michelle, and while I’m a big fan of the creamy filling of Oreos, I know not everyone wants or needs it. That’s why I’ve discovered how you can get your hands on Oreo wafers and, more importantly, where to purchase them.

Let’s dive in!

Do They Sell Oreos Without Cream?

You can buy Oreos without the cream. This is unsurprising, considering there was a high demand from customers – and any good business will listen to their customer base and provide a solution.

Where to Buy Oreos Without Cream (4 Options)

You have a few different options when it comes to buying Oreos without cream.

1. Oreo Wafers

The first option is to purchase Oreo wafers. I have only been able to find these in bulk on Amazon, but to be honest – that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

A bulk buy of Oreo wafers ensures you have plenty of cookies to munch on, whether you dip them in milk or create Oreo ice cream sandwiches.

Oreo wafers are exactly how they sound. They are just the wafer and no cream

2. Oreo Sticks ‘N’ Creme

Oreo Sticks ‘N’ Creme is a bit easier to find. You can find them in aisles at your local big-box store, like Walmart or Target. Some grocery stores will also sell this product. If you don’t want to go on the hunt for this handy product, you can opt for Amazon instead.

Oreo Sticks ‘N’ Creme does the hard work for you. These pre-packaged treats separate the cookie from the cream. So, you have the option to dip them, or you can give them to a friend. (Honestly, I will take it – there is never enough cream!).

3. Oreo Baking Crumbs

Some people need Oreos without the cream because they’re baking something, like a pie or cake. Sound like you? Ditch the hassle of removing the cream and crushing whole Oreo cookies by opting for Oreo baking crumbs.

You might get lucky with finding these at your local big-box store. The better (and easier) option is to purchase from Amazon, though. They have a great two-pack option that you can use for several different concoctions. Yum!

Tip: You can make your life easier by opting to purchase a premade Oreo pie crust instead.

4. Regular Oreos

Regular Oreos? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose? Honestly, buying in bulk might not be feasible, and you don’t like the “sticks” or “crumbs.” If that’s the case, you will have to resort to using your handy-dandy butter knife to painstakingly remove the cream before consuming it.

The nice thing about hand removal is that you can save the cream for something else if desired. For example, you might consider topping it on your ice cream, blending it into a milkshake, or saving it to frost a cake. There are lots of options!

Nutrition Facts for Oreos Without Cream

Are you considering purchasing Oreos without cream because you want to live a (somewhat) healthier lifestyle? Then you’re in luck!

Oreos without the cream are only 22 calories per wafer. Of these 22 calories, less than 1 gram is fat, and there are almost 4 grams of carbohydrates. To put this in perspective, regular Oreos with cream have 58 calories, nearly 3 grams fat, and almost 9 grams sugar.

With that in mind, you cut off more than 35 calories when swapping for creamless Oreos. You heavily reduce the sugar and fat content, too, making this an (almost) guilt-free snack you will undoubtedly enjoy.

FAQs

There you have it! You can successfully purchase Oreos without the cream and save yourself a whole lot of calories, sugar, and fat in the process. If you want to keep learning about this topic, check out the frequently asked questions below.

Does Oreo sell just the filling?

If you’re a fan of the filling (like I am), you can find it with a bit of searching. You can buy the filling or opt for something similar like Jell-o instant pudding. You can even make your own Oreo filling using a few simple ingredients.

What is the healthiest Oreo?

This may come as a surprise, but the healthiest Oreo is the Double Stuf version. Although they’re “stuffed,” the calorie content is lower than regular Oreos. They also contain less sugar and less sodium, which is crucial for some Oreo lovers.

How many calories is an Oreo without cream?

Without the cream, Oreo cookies have around 20-22 calories. They have substantially less fat and sugar, too, making them far healthier than their cream-filled counterparts.

Do Oreos make you gain weight?

Anything, especially something that is sugary and full of fat, that’s eaten more than the recommended amount per day can cause weight gain. If you’re trying to lose weight, try to cut down on how many Oreos you’re consuming. Swap for the creamless Oreos, too.

Final Words

You can buy Oreos without the cream, whether you simply buy the wafers or opt for the grab-and-go Oreo Sticks ‘N’ Creme. You can also buy Oreo baking crumbs for creating delicious desserts. Regardless, you will enjoy a delightful treat lower in calories, fat, and sugar.

I have been saying they needed to come out with “Oops Oreos” or “Ore-Ohs.” You know, like they forgot the cream……Ok, so “wafers only” is much simpler. I’ve been taking the cream off for about 50 yrs. Personally, I couldn’t understand why they would wanna ruin those wonderfully dark, chocolate wafers with a pat of white, sugary cream in the middle. I knew there were others in the world who felt the same way!! Finally, I can stop wasting my time removing the cream and get right to the eating of the cookies!!!! Woop woop!!!! I have found them in bulk on a few sites, ranging from $80-$110, but do you think they will become available in standard packaging at store level??? I’m sure I could get through 23lbs of them eventually, but they’d be so much easier to store ounce size packaging for sure!!!
Guess I’d better get some extra Tupperware for now ????
Thanks for letting us know they are out there!!

I love Oreos without the cream filling. Just like the cookie. Would like to know where to get them since Amazon is out and had no idea when they will have them again. I’m 85 yrs old and have been taking the cream out for many years but would like to be able to dip in coffee and the rest is history.
thanks for letting me give you my sad story!!! Maye Todd
